  • How will i get paid of I complete a task?

    After you finish the task, you have to mark it as complete in your app. this triggers a notification sent to the task poster's phone and after the poster confirms work is done, they will release your payment so that it can start its journey to your mobile money account.

  • It is unlikely that the poster will refuse to pay you for work done. All you have to ensure is that you have done a good job and completed the task to the expectations of the poster. If they still refuse, contact FixApp support and we shall help sort it out

  • No, the price set by the poster is simply an estimation of what they think it may take to complete their task. As you make your offer, you can set the price you think is right for that kind of task and even add a message for the poster.

  • We ensure that your money hits your mobile in two days time at most from the time the post releases the funds. However since the money has to go through some of our 3rd party processing partners, we may not have full control of how long it will take. Rest assured you'll always get your money.

  • For every offer you receive, always take time to go through each fixer's profile reading the reviews and ratings left by other people they have worked with. This will give you a good idea of what to expect in case you accept someone's offer.
